As an organization of local business leaders, Lead With Heart's Mission is to give give to the communities that support our respective endeavors, by providing appropriate assistance that contributes tot he health and vitality of our neighbors.

A company with HEART, Lead With Heart began as a way to give back to the community with the distribution of food boxes every Valentines Day to families in need. Recipients were recommended by members of i Take The Lead Inc, an organization of local business leaders. Now, as a non-profit foundation, Lead With Heart continues to give back to the community by building permanent charitable capital, making philanthropic grants, and providing services that contribute to the health and vitality of the community.
